These organizations deal with your rights as a crime victim.  They provide information and assistance and also assist victims in finding emotional support groups and advocacy organizations.

National Organization for Victim Assistance
This nonprofit organization provides events, resources, programs and victims' rights information for crime victims and survivors across the nation.

National Center for Victims of Crime
The Center refers crime victims to an array of local victim's rights services including crisis intervention, research information, assistance with the criminal justice process, counseling and support groups.
