Returns: Please be advised that all
non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns once they have been
removed from the original packaging, unless they are defective. You must first email for
an authorization number before returning any product. Products returned without first
obtaining an authorization number will not be processed and items will be
returned.
Legal Status of Products - Customer Note: It is the responsibility of the buyer and
not the seller to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in
regard to the possession or use of any of these products. Consult your local and state
laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an
order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and
that he/she is of legal age.
Domestic Legal Status of Products: We will not directly sell defense sprays to
Massachusetts or New York residents. Massachusetts residents may only purchase defense
sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers in that state. New York residents may only purchase
defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers or licensed Pharmacists in that state. We
will not directly sell stun guns to Michigan, Hawaii, Rhode Island, New Jersey,
Massachusetts, Wisconsin, or New York State residents.
All shipping times are in "business days" which is Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Some speciality items may require 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. We do not ship to APO or FPO mailing addresses. If claims are made of non-delivery but tracking indicates that the package was delivered, Womens Self Defense Center will initiate a full shipping investigation. This can take up to 6 weeks. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Credit card orders of a value higher then $400.00 are subject to review and may require an alternative form of payment such as payment by check or money order.. In some rare instances, a second affiliate company will charge your card. We sometimes use affiliate distributors for charges and shipping on orders. All Model #'s of products do not necessarily reflect the manufacturer's model #. All sales and purchases void where prohibited.
